Job Opportunity: Procurement Data Analyst (Public Sector) - Immediate Start

Join a high-impact procurement transformation programme driving net-zero and carbon-neutral goals across the public sector!

We're seeking an experienced Procurement Data Analyst with a strong public sector background and in-depth knowledge of PCR 2015 and the Procurement Act 2023. You'll play a key role in implementing a new procurement platform (Ivalua), integrating across Source-to-Contract and Procure-to-Pay, and working closely with systems like Workday.

What you'll do:

  • Lead data strategy, migration, and quality assurance for a major procurement digital transformation
  • Manage integration between Ivalua, Workday, and other enterprise platforms
  • Design dashboards and KPIs to deliver actionable procurement insights
  • Analyse data to identify trends, ensure compliance, and support strategic decisions

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in procurement/data analyst roles within the public sector
  • Expertise in UCR 2016, PCR 2015, and/or the Procurement Act 2023
  • Hands-on experience with Ivalua, Workday, or similar systems
