Sigma 3 Kitchens in Wales seeks an experienced Procurement Lead to drive cost savings, manage supplier relationships and deliver robust sourcing outcomes across the business. You will shape procurement strategy, implement best practices, and work cross-functionally with manufacturing, sales and IT to support growth and ensure value for money.

This hands-on role requires negotiation skills, data-driven decision making and a track record of delivering measurable savings while building capability

Qualifications

• Strong analytical capability and data-driven decision making.
• Proven track record of delivering cost reductions and supplier optimisations.
• Advanced sourcing and negotiation skills with supplier selection experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the review and renegotiation of material and indirect spend to achieve cost savings.
• Establish and manage supplier relationships, negotiating pricing agreements and contracts.
• Support tender activity and procurement requirements across the business.
• Develop and implement robust procurement processes aligned to the lifecycle.
