About The Role:

We are working with an established interior design practice who are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Procurement Coordinator to join their collaborative team in west London.

Within this role, you will be responsible for managing procurement packages from tender to delivery and installation, ensuring all components of the package are delivered on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will be an innovative and analytical problem-solver, have previous procurement and FF&E experience within hospitality, and is confident working autonomously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage supplier relationships and procurement to ensure projects stay on budget and schedule
  • Oversee FF&E sourcing, quotations, and tender processes, including reviewing specs and coordinating production
  • Lead value engineering, supplier negotiations, and risk management to support project goals
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams, providing regular budget and progress updates
  • Monitor deliveries, logistics, and payments in coordination with accounts and freight teams
  • Supervise assistants and contribute to overall team performance and knowledge sharing

Key Skills/Requirements:

  • Proven experience in procurement and supplier management, ideally within FF&E or interior design projects
  • Strong negotiation and commercial acumen
  • Solid understanding of tendering processes and value engineering
  • Excellent budget management and financial tracking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel)
  • Knowledge of logistics, shipping, and freight coordination
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • Proficient in preparing and presenting reports and documentation
  • Familiar with technical drawings and FF&E specifications
