NHS Supply Chain in Wakefield/Sheffield is hiring a Procurement Assistant to support pathology category teams. You will help deliver end-to-end procurement processes, manage data, and maintain records to support contract performance and supplier information.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement or purchasing environments is required.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement activities by delivering objectives and following processes
• Collect, analyse, and report on contract performance, market trends, and supplier information
• Undertake basic contract management activities and maintain records
• Prepare reports and spreadsheets using standard office software
• Coordinate meetings and handle stakeholder queries
