What You'll Do
  • Lead and support end-to-end procurement projects across engineering, construction, transport, NHS, and professional services
  • Design and deliver sourcing strategies that drive measurable cost savings, supply chain resilience, and innovation
  • Provide expert advisory services in procurement transformation, category management, supplier negotiations, and major change initiatives
  • Manage and influence senior stakeholders across technical, commercial, and operational teams
What We're Looking For
  • Consultancy experience beneficial but not required
  • Proven knowledge of the new Procurement Act (training completed is essential; direct implementation experience within government is highly valuable)
  • Strong evidence of delivering cost savings and tangible impact
  • A track record of not just implementing but restructuring tenures and driving meaningful change
  • Candidates who demonstrate ownership in achievements
