Job summary

A global professional services firm seeks a Senior Procurement Consultant in Leeds to provide procurement strategy advice and manage procurement services for major projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in the defence and infrastructure sectors and possess excellent stakeholder management skills. Qualifications

  • Experience leading or supporting projects in a strategic procurement environment.
  • Cross-sector experience, e.g. utilities, defence, security.
  • Familiarity with MCIPs accreditation (or working towards it).
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of standard model contracts, particularly NEC4, and experience in alliancing/partnership contracts.
  • Post-contract contract management experience, especially under NEC4.
  • Familiarity with MCIPs accreditation (or working towards it).
  • Preferably a degree in construction, civil engineering, quantity surveying, law or procurement.
  • Preferable experience in defence and/or infrastructure sectors.
  • Ideally hold or able to obtain Security Clearance (SC).
  • Strong commercial modelling skills and supply chain intelligence development.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team collaboration.
  • Self-directed, adaptable and able to manage multiple activities.

Responsibilities

Job Description

Due to increased workloads and securing additional clients across both public and private sectors, we have a new opportunity for a Senior Procurement Consultant to join our growing Contract Services team in our UK offices.
