  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while consistently achieving outstanding results.
  • Expertise in collaborating with diverse project stakeholders to understand objectives, identify risks and opportunities, and propose delivery models, market routes, and commercial strategies aligned with client ambitions and industry standards.
  • Proficient in engaging with the market to assess trends, gauge appetite, identify opportunities and risks, and contribute valuable insights to client organisations.
  • Adept at identifying areas for improvement or innovation, sharing best practices, and implementing lessons learned effectively.
  • A strong understanding of standard-form contracts such as FIDIC and NEC would also be an advantage!
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with a proven capability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Previous experience within a consultancy environment, or comprehensive knowledge of the consultancy model.
  • Confidence in managing teams and delegating tasks efficiently, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality expectations.
  • A strong client-focused ethos with a dedication to cultivating strong client relationships, resolving issues, and surpassing client expectations while striving to deliver a world-class service.
  • Committed to providing leadership and mentoring to junior team members, fostering growth and the development of skills within the team.
