Job Description:

Purpose of Job: To execute and be responsible for procurement of aircraft engine material and non-product material for the facility. Administration duties include subcontractor management, vendor creation, contracts, and Kanban management.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  1. Materials Provisioning and Purchasing: Provide and expedite new, used, exchange, and subcontract materials for all engine work scopes and stock requirements for high-volume consumables. Involves procurement of spare parts, monitoring and progressing delivery with vendors to ensure on-time delivery using the SAP system.
  2. Raise purchase orders for engine-related and non-engine-related products and services.

Experience:

  • 5+ years in materials management and procurement processes.
  • Experience in the aviation industry (desirable).
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
