Position: Indirect Procurement Category Manager – 12 month FTC

Location: UK (Luton) – Hybrid (3 days in office)

Salary & Benefits: £70,000 - £85,000 + Bonus + Pension Scheme + Life Assurance + Private Medical + 28 Days Holiday

They are expanding and seeking a motivated Indirect Procurement Category Manager for a 12-month fixed term.

Reporting to the Head of Procurement, you will shape and execute strategic procurement activities across indirect spend categories, supporting key projects during a critical business phase.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement procurement strategies with the Head of Procurement
• Support daily operations and initiatives within the procurement team
• Develop category plans aligned with business goals
• Manage supplier relationships, including negotiations and performance monitoring
• Build strong internal and external partnerships for seamless delivery

Role & Responsibilities:

• Experience managing indirect procurement categories such as HR, Legal, Finance, Insurance, Travel, Facilities Management, or other Corporate Services
• Knowledge of category management principles and best practices
• Experience in a similar sector is a plus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
