Qualifications

• Experience in a buying, procurement, or commercial role.

Responsibilities

• Assist in procurement of materials and plant as per project budgets.
• Support commercial and cost control initiatives.
• Coordinate projects with internal teams and resolve supply chain issues.

Skills

Numerical and analytical skills

IT skills, particularly Excel and Microsoft Office

Strong communication skills

Understanding of the housebuilding industry

Education

Some experience in a buying or procurement role

Awareness of material buying in residential construction
