Buyer – Strategic Procurement

Location: London (Hybrid – 2-3 days in-office)

We’re looking for a high-potential Buyer to join a forward-thinking central procurement team. You'll work across a wide variety of categories including IT, electronic components, consumables, and FM, helping to modernise procurement operations in a decentralised, global environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Strategic Sourcing: Lead and support sourcing initiatives across a diverse range of indirect and direct categories
• Innovation & Automation: Identify and implement automation opportunities using tools like AI and Copilot
• Contract Management: Manage and support key supplier contracts, ensuring delivery of value and performance
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal business units to understand needs and encourage opt-in to central deals
• Market Intelligence: Track trends and bring innovative ideas into procurement processes

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in buying, supply chain, commercial or procurement roles
• An analytical mindset with a passion for streamlining and digitalising processes
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• A proactive, self-starting attitude — comfortable working in a fast-moving, decentralised environment
• Familiarity with eProcurement tools, contract management systems, or AI platforms is a plus (but not essential)
