Hugely successful business seeking Procurement Business Analysts to join a leading team of procurement experts.

This is a great opportunity to work for a reputable business that is experiencing growth. They value their employees highly and are looking for someone who can provide analytical support to project delivery teams and new business development, with a presence in the office at least three days a week.

The role involves interfacing with Board Directors, internal teams, and senior stakeholders within clients and suppliers. You will be recognized as the lead analyst for client projects, ensuring timely and accurate analysis delivery. Additionally, you'll support the commercial team by identifying potential clients and producing detailed reports, market data, and benchmarking information.

Candidates should be graduates with at least three years of data analytics or business intelligence experience in a major UK/international or public sector organization, demonstrating career progression. Leadership skills are essential, including managing and motivating small project teams and nurturing talent. You should have a proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders, excellent communication skills, and strong academic background. Technical skills required include Advanced Power BI and Excel, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
