The Role:

The Procurement Business Analyst (AVP) will support the delivery of EMEA's Procurement Target Operating Model (TOM). Responsibilities include analyzing procurement processes, identifying improvements, and supporting the implementation of systems like Coupa P2P. The BA will liaise with stakeholders, ensuring business requirements are clearly documented and translated into actionable changes.

Responsibilities:
  1. Track and analyze regulatory communications across EMEA, understanding their impact on systems and processes, and update relevant documentation.
  2. Engage with internal teams and EMEA offices to understand current practices, identify change needs, and communicate recommended approaches.
  3. Utilize data modeling to analyze findings and suggest strategic and operational improvements.
  4. Document processes, system changes, and timelines, ensuring proper governance.
  5. Support testing and implementation of changes, resolving issues as needed.
  6. Evaluate and report on the impact of changes implemented.
  7. Maintain all BA artifacts for audit and regulatory purposes.
  8. Engage with business units to understand Coupa P2P processes and address related issues.
  9. Assess resource gaps and role changes, documenting implications.
  10. Map 'as is' process flows with an implementation partner.
Requirements:
  • Experience with procurement tools like Coupa or ARIBA is beneficial.
  • Degree level education; professional BA qualifications preferred.
  • Strong multitasking, relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of back-office processes, financial services, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience delivering projects within financial services, especially regulatory change impacts.
  • Understanding of banking operations and trade flows.
