Our client, a prominent player in the procurement supply chain industry, is seeking a highly motivated Procurement Associate to join their dynamic team on a fixed-term basis.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage, coordinate, and complete the P2P sourcing process in the SAP Procurement system in compliance with SDS Procurement Global Guide
  • Complete procurement-related tasks assigned by procurement category leads
  • Support sales and relevant internal stakeholders to complete sourcing
  • Assist with procurement month-end close
  • Prepare documents for internal and external audits
  • Provide weekly procurement updates
  • Handle ad hoc procurement-related tasks

Job Requirements:
  • Experience in using SAP and ERP systems
  • Understanding of procurement processes and procedures
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Legally eligible to work in the United Kingdom
