Qualifications

• Procurement, purchasing or supply chain experience.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and Excel proficiency.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day procurement and purchasing activities.
• Manage replenishment through the ERP system.
• Monitor stock levels and product availability.
• Raise and manage purchase orders.
• Obtain supplier acknowledgements and delivery updates.
• Chase outstanding orders and resolve supply issues.
• Liaise with suppliers on pricing and lead times.
• Maintain procurement and supplier data.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks.
• Support inventory management and VMI activities.
• Collaborate with sourcing and customer service teams.
