Apply now for the position of Procurement Assistant, and you will support the purchasing of materials to ensure cost-efficient and on-time supply of materials according to demand and taking into account compliance.

This role is based in our Llanberis facility, the Centre of Excellence for IMMULITE manufacturing, on a hybrid basis - minimum of 2 days per week onsite.

Your Role:

Key aspects of the Procurement Assistant role within the Operational Procurement team at the Llanberis facility:

  • You will provide support in the supplier management process.
  • You will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure Operational Procurement records and procedures are maintained. Utilise digitisation opportunities as a key part of the streamlining of processes.
  • You will support in resolving invoice queries.
  • You will identify opportunities for process and system development, to help the department meet the changing needs of the organisation.
  • You will ensure close co-operation with internal Customers at all levels, developing and building a good working relationship based on collaboration and trust.


Your Expertise:
  • Minimum of 1 years buying procurement/supply chain experience.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, e.g. SAP.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and solution orientation.
  • Experience in Document Control processes.
  • Eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Strong team player with proven experience of working in an international team.
  • Excellent communication skills, in the areas of reporting and supporting decision-making.
  • Good business applications skills - Microsoft excel, Power Point. Power BI is an advantage.
  • Able to understand stakeholder needs and translate them into processes and tools.
