Job Overview
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Insurance & Asset Register Officer to join our Procurement and Insurance team on a temporary ongoing basis. This role is perfect for someone with experience in claims management, asset register oversight, and stakeholder engagement.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing and implementing a new Insurance Asset Register
- Overseeing Travel, Motor, Public Liability, and Property claims
- Providing training and support to ensure effective asset management
- Analysing and reporting on asset data to improve processes
- Engaging with stakeholders at all levels to streamline claims management
- Delivering high-quality customer service to staff and students
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in financial, insurance, or asset management roles
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and data analysis
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
