• Strong organisational skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
• Good customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete training programs, coursework, and on-the-job learning to develop essential supply chain skills.
• Assist in sourcing and selecting suppliers; research, obtain quotes, negotiate, and assess supplier capabilities.
• Handle purchase order processing and ensure timely delivery.
• Support supplier quality activities including corrective actions, NCRs, quarantine and inspections.
• Manage data in the MRP system, including BoM maintenance and stock booking.
• Liaise with suppliers for data reviews and maintain due diligence records.
• Monitor tool usage requiring calibration and maintain Q-Pulse documentation.
• Assist with audit preparation and filing for the supply chain team.
• Expedite critical components and overdue orders; report stock issues to stakeholders.
• Maintain document control/records in the database.
• Support cycle counting, stock adjustments, and resolve system discrepancies.
