Job summary

Belcan in London is seeking a Divisional Director - Procurement & Supply Chain to lead procurement strategy for a major project portfolio with responsibility for over £600m annual spend. This Inside IR35 contract, PAYE/Umbrella, runs until April 2027.

You will work with senior leadership to drive commercial performance, supply chain capability, sustainability initiatives, and strategic supplier relationships while ensuring procurement excellence across multiple sectors and projects.

Qualifications

• 15+ years' procurement and supply chain experience.
• 8+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong infrastructure, construction, engineering, or major projects background.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale programmes and transformation initiatives.
• Extensive supplier management and commercial negotiation experience, including NEC3/NEC4 contracts.
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• MCIPS, CPSM, or similar professional procurement qualification.
