The Procurement & Contracts Manager is responsible for enhancing procurement strategies and establishing a robust contract management process to serve the Group’s 200+ healthcare practices and head office.

The ideal candidate will have experience in various indirect spend areas across multiple locations, with a focus on implementing or improving contract management processes to add value to the organization.

Role Overview:

We seek an experienced Procurement & Contract Manager to lead procurement and contract management efforts, overseeing key spend areas including utilities, facilities management, practice equipment, and marketing. The candidate will negotiate contracts proactively, consolidate spend across multiple sites, and leverage volumes for cost efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a contract management system to mitigate risks and manage expiring contracts, including supplier negotiations and tender management.
• Create group procurement policies and manage contracts for utilities, FM, practice equipment, and marketing.
• Consolidate spend across over 220 dental practices to achieve cost savings.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Identify and mitigate risks in contracts, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Support company growth through strategic contract negotiations.
• Monitor procurement performance and identify improvements.
