Procurement and Agronomy Director

• Oversee the procurement function for the business and be the vital link between growers and customers.
• Oversee the agronomy function, examining varieties, providing technical advice to grower clients, and staying up to date with the latest market trends.
• As a member of the board, influence the strategy and direction of the business for the short, medium and long-term.
• Influence internal and external stakeholders to meet demanding customer requirements for the best quality produce at the best price.
• Drive initiatives to deliver industry-leading trends, including the potential delivery of a next named variety that delivers value for customers and consumers.
