As a key member of our Procurement Global Indirect Sourcing team, you will play a critical role in driving data-led decision-making. You will partner across the Procurement Marketing & Sales and Corporate Professional Services (MSCPS) teams to harness insights, support strategic initiatives, and optimize sourcing outcomes through advanced analytics and digital tools.

How you will contribute
  • Build and visualize dashboards and benchmarking analysis to support sourcing strategies and supplier negotiations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to simplify complex data and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Lead analytics for complex sourcing projects including parametric bidding and cost model development.
  • Drive scenario modeling and cost optimization insights to unlock incremental saving opportunities.
  • Manipulate and extract insights from data stored across Global Procurement systems and the broader data lake.
  • Improve the digital maturity and accelerate digital procurement transformation.
What you will bring

  • Strong analytical skillset with advanced Excel capabilities (formulas, pivot tables, VBA). Experience with Python or SQL for data analysis and automation is a strong plus.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Familiarity or exposure with AI-driven procurement tools and predictive analytics is a plus.
  • Strong data storytelling ability to convey insights through compelling narratives for decision makers. Ability to simplify complex problems and communicate findings to non-technical audiences.
  • Understanding of procurement processes, cost model, and spend data; ability to model business scenarios.
  • Experience with Coupa Sourcing Optimization or similar platforms is preferred.
  • Understanding of data governance, quality standards and responsible use of analytics.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, CS, or a related field.

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday; hybrid work model (2–3 days in office).

Travel Requirements: 1–2 times per year.
