Procurement Analyst (12 Month Contract)

Description

We are seeking a Procurement Analyst to join our procurement team. The successful candidate will perform data analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a spend cube and categorisation framework
  • Analyse monthly spend activities
  • Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and policies
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to procurement activities
  • Collaborate with other departments to align procurement activities with business objectives
  • Monitor supplier performance and address issues or concerns
  • Provide procurement support and guidance to internal stakeholders
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience Required:
  • In-depth experience in procurement or supply chain management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software
  • Knowledge of procurement regulations and policies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
