Are you a procurement professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results whilst bringing your stakeholders along with you? Join Cross Keys Homes (CKH) as a Procurement Analyst and play a key role in shaping our procurement and contract management standards.

About the Role

As a Procurement Analyst, you’ll support the Procurement Manager by procuring contracts of a small to medium size whilst embedding procurement best practices. You’ll work across the business to implement contract management standards and ensure compliance with the Procurement Act.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procuring small and medium size contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with public sector procurement regulations.
  • Lead and support procurement and sourcing strategies across multiple categories.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support procurement projects from planning to execution.
  • Implement and monitor contract management standards and KPIs.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in public sector procurement and contract management.
  • Strong knowledge of the Procurement Act 2023.
  • Skilled in e-tendering tools, supplier analysis, and KPI development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Membership of (or working towards) CIPS.
  • Relevant project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
  • Knowledge of Delta e-sourcing.
