Sea Global are delighted to be partnering with a leading international organisation in the Agrochemical industry. Due to continued growth and an exciting period of transformation, they are looking for a Procurement Analyst to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in procurement market intelligence to make a real impact in shaping sourcing strategy and supply chain resilience. The role will report directly to the Global Head of Procurement, offering a great platform to influence key decisions in a collaborative, fast-moving environment. Role & Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth market research on active ingredients (AIs), intermediates, and raw materials.
  • Gather and interpret data from multiple sources, including industry reports, databases, and market surveys.
  • Analyse supplier capabilities and cost structures, supporting procurement strategies and cost optimisation initiatives.
  • Monitor market developments, including competitor activity and generic entrants, to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Work closely with procurement colleagues and wider stakeholders to ensure insights drive business decisions.
Experience & Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in procurement analysis, market intelligence, or supply chain research.
  • Proven expertise in sourcing market data from Chinese and/or Indian markets is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in cost analysis, supplier evaluation, and data-driven reporting.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, and Teams; ability to design and deliver interactive dashboards.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to present insights clearly to diverse stakeholders.
