Our client is a well-known State Government authority with a broad scope and a well-established and structured procurement function. Due to a recent uptick in procurement activity, they are seeking a Procurement Advisor to join their team for 4 months.
Your new role
Reporting to the Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for a broad variety of procurement advisory-related responsibilities, including but not limited to:
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced procurement professional with demonstrated experience operating in a Victorian Government context. You will understand the procurement lifecycle holistically and be confident both advising on and delivering procurement activity and outcomes.
What you'll get in return
This is an excellent opportunity to join a best-in-class procurement function in the Victorian State Government on a contract basis. While the initial contract term is 4 months, there is every likelihood that it may extend longer than that.
An hourly rate of between $75-83 per hour + super is on offer for the successful candidate, with a hybrid working arrangement of 3 days per week in the office and 2 days from home.
