Job description

Piccadilly Construction, our in-house Contraction Management Team, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Administrator to assist with the purchasing and procurement. This role requires someone to assist the procurement team in all administrative activities relating to our construction procurement department.

Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with invoice queries
  • Setting up new accounts
  • Looking after the plant hire reports
  • Assisting with the purchasing as and when needed
  • Preparing regular rebate reports
  • Other duties as required by the employer

About You:

  • A demonstrable understanding of construction industry procurement
  • A ‘can-do’ attitude with a willingness to challenge conventional thinking. A proactive, positive thinking, commercially minded approach with the ability to work at pace.
  • Ability to plan and prioritise workloads
