Procurement Administrator - Middlesex (TW6) - 18 month Fixed Term Contract - £30,000

Exciting opportunity to work for an established M&E company based in Middlesex. CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced and proactive Procurement Administrator to provide comprehensive assistance to the onsite procurement department. You will support the Procurement team and wider stakeholder community by handling administrative tasks necessary for business operations. This role is an 18-month fixed-term contract, so please only apply if you are available for this duration.

Hours of work

Monday to Friday - 09:00am to 05:00pm, with 4 days in the office and 1 day WFH.

Key duties & responsibilities

  • Manage all new supplier onboarding requests, following current validation processes.
  • Complete validations and upload documentation in the procurement system.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to facilitate purchase order creation.
  • Ensure accuracy in data entry and handle multiple requests efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Manage the procurement email inbox and support requests from the business.
  • Work closely with the Procurement Manager to meet audit requirements by maintaining necessary data.
  • Drive spend through PSL and manage contract records and documentation.
  • Assist with supplier spend analysis as needed.
  • Coordinate with accreditation partners to provide supplier data upon request.
  • Review and maintain the procurement email box daily.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure supplier onboarding compliance.
  • Monitor and report on exceptions affecting product or service delivery.
  • Support procurement projects and ensure supply chain accessibility.
  • Participate in supplier programs to maintain a robust supply chain.

Requirements

  • Experienced administrator with procurement experience.
  • Experience in FM, M&E, or Construction is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Ability to build effective supplier relationships.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, Office 365).
  • Immediate availability or able to start within 1 week, committed to a fixed-term contract.
