Proclaim Developer
Stockport – Hybrid 3 days per week and 2 from home.
Full time – 37.5 hours per week
Salary depending on experience: £45,000-£50,000

Our client, who are an expert in the legal and insurance market, are looking for their next experienced Proclaim Developer, to join their friendly team based in Stockport.
As a Proclaim Developer, your role is pivotal to ensuring that the system runs smoothly and efficiency is maintained for business need at all times.

The Job
As a Proclaim Developer, you will take ownership of multiple responsibilities of the system, including data analysis, maintenance and system support.
You will be the go to for system queries, fixes and ongoing training and coaching of other team members.
You’ll run business critical data analysis as well as fixing any bugs and changes or updates required in the back end.
You will manage the integration of proclaim with 3 rd parties and inhouse applications across the business, supporting internal parties with maintenance and updates when requested and required to do so.
Trouble shooting and providing technical support to end users.
Creating data files, importing and exporting reports and analytics to produce quality an accurate MI reporting.

Essential experience:

• You must have previous experience of working with Proclaim, with a strong understanding and up-to date knowledge of the Proclaim system, management analytics/data reporting and troubleshooting.
• Experience in managing and delegating on business critical projects.
• Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to present information in a translatable and understandable manner.
