Skills:

• Experience developing the Proclaim Case Management System
• Degree level education beneficial but not essential
• Understanding of legal workflows and their implementation into case management software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Positive, innovative, and inquisitive approach to problem solving
• Database understanding advantageous
