A leading recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Worker in Lincoln, focusing on animal food processing. Responsibilities include running mills and extruders while ensuring a clean and controlled environment. Ideal candidates will have experience in manufacturing, particularly in food production, and must demonstrate attention to detail and teamwork. Competitive hourly rate of £14 offered for a 42.5-hour week, transitioning to a 4 on 4 off schedule in September.

Immediate start! Seeking experienced worker within manufacturing sectors.
This role is responsible for the processing (via milling and extrusion, drying and coating) of animal food, safely, to the required finished standard, as effectively as possible.
Key deliverables expected are:
• You process safe product for our customers, right first time, in a clean and controlled environment.
• You achieve the above, at the lowest possible cost by reducing waste, running the asset at the required speed, using your training and experience to resolve asset issues, and effectively escalating downtime for resolution by shift engineers.
• You work well with your peers and under the direction of the Shift Manager to undertake the above, and any other duties commensurate with the role.
Main Duties:
• Running a mill including loading bulk via FLT and hand added ingredients for grinding and transfer to extrusion incl. all necessary technical checks and recording
• Running the extruder, dryer, coater cooler and bulk storage incl. all necessary technical checks and recording
• Capture, segregation, and transfer of waste for rework
• Clean as you go, and wider site cleaning as and when required.
Hourly Rate: £14 p/h basicOT paid at time and a half.
Working Hours: Starting on Monday - Friday0800 - 163042.5 hours a week.Moving to 4 on 4 off in September.

Required:
