Job description

FM Conway is excited to be recruiting a Processing Coordinator Apprentice to join our Water and Drainage Management division.

As our Processing Coordinator Apprentice, you will work in a supported learning environment, developing skills and knowledge to organise and plan daily work schedules and reactive drainage works for the operational teams. You will complete a Level 3 Business Administration qualification as part of your apprenticeship. This is a full-time, permanent position based at our depot in Hickstead, West Sussex.

Responsibilities of the Processing Coordinator Apprentice include:
  1. Updating internal systems to ensure accurate information is passed to operatives for their duties.
  2. Applying for road space permits and managing work schedules efficiently.
  3. Liaising with clients and contractors to optimise road space sharing and traffic management.
  4. Completing all elements of your Level 3 apprenticeship and attending relevant training and enrichment events.
Skills and experience required:

We seek a strong communicator with a customer focus and commercial awareness. You should be comfortable working independently and in a team, and committed to completing your Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship. A grade 4 or above in GCSE Maths and English is preferred but not essential.
