Job description

Role – Process Worker –Warrington

Hourly rate: £14.85 per hour.

Opportunities for Over Time

Opportunity to earn additional hourly rate between £0.25 - £4.38 based on skill set and behaviours.

We have an exciting opportunity for aProcessWorkerto join our team in the Portakabin Site Accommodation based in Warrington. In this role you will be responsible for carrying out work on various products such as cleaning, refurbishing, and fitting out units to agreed quality standards. This includes the safe handling, moving, installing and finishing to specification and within deadlines under the guidance of a line manager.

Role Responsibilities

  1. Apply lean principles and techniques to help and contribute to your team delivering and exceeding our KPI targets.
  2. Ensure compliance with relevant Health and Safety practices and all applicable legislation to encourage and maintain a zero-harm environment and culture.
  3. Prepare products to be installed or dismantled for safe transport.
  4. Undertake the installation or dismantle of Building Services products to agreed standards in the most efficient manner.
  5. Liaise with stores to ensure correct materials are present for task in hand.
  6. Ensure all product materials are stored in a safe & tidy manner.
  7. Ensure company vehicles, tools and equipment are maintained to the highest possible standards to maximise their use and prolong life.
  8. Undertake the preparation of products within the depot.
  9. Be thorough in the separation and segregation of waste to meet environmental requirements.
  10. Ensure reused fittings and materials are utilised as a priority without compromising quality.

Essential Criteria:

We are looking for someone who has:

  1. Proven operational experience related to trade/role.
  2. Experience of working in a client facing role.
  3. Strong ability in establishing good relationships with customers and staff, building effective networks.
  4. Experience gained within construction/related industry.
  5. Full UK Driving Licence – As part of the role you may be driving to customer sites.
  6. Ability to accept and tackle demanding goals with enthusiasm.
  7. Good organisation & planning skills.
