We’ve found that when we’re all together, great things happen. With over 1 billion players already reached, your work will contribute to our shared mission of making the most fun games for the world's players.

Join the team!

Kwalee is expanding and doing well in the gaming world, and we need a Business Analyst to join our Data & Engineering team. This is a great chance to really make a difference to how we work and create value as we grow.

As a Process Transformation Specialist here, you’ll be key in understanding and improving our processes. You’ll connect business needs with tech solutions, working with people from all over the company. Your knowledge of Lean methods and ability to get insights from data will be super important in turning business problems into real solutions.

This job is based at our Leamington Spa studio. We’re big on working together in person, which helps us be creative, open, and quick to innovate. You’ll be working with a passionate team that loves pushing gaming forward.

Responsibilities:
  • Dig into our processes, systems, and data to find ways to improve things.
  • Talk to people, run workshops, analyse data, and write everything down to understand and manage what the business needs.
  • Use Lean and value stream mapping to show how things work now, find issues, and suggest better ways of doing things.
  • Look at current and future processes, figure out how much of an impact changes will make, and calculate ROI.
  • Create reports and dashboards to track how well our processes and business are doing.
  • Build good relationships with people from different teams and help them get what they need in terms of tech and process changes.
  • Run meetings and workshops to share findings, brainstorm ideas, and get everyone on the same page.
  • Find ways to automate things and improve processes using technology and best practices.
  • Write up clear documentation, like process diagrams and user guides.
  • Work on projects using both Agile and Waterfall methods.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or something similar.
  • Experience as a Process Transformation Specialist or similar, especially with Lean methods and making real process improvements.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • You should be able to understand data and complex processes and make recommendations.
  • Experience with business analysis tools and techniques, like process mapping software.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with data analysis and creating dashboards to track performance.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and learn quickly about the gaming industry.
  • Based in our office in Leamington Spa with 5 days per week on site.
