If so, we have an exciting role for a process transformation analyst to join our team. Innovation and automation are central to our transformation journey. A key part of this role will be working across our teams on re-engineering our key processes - the Process Transformation role will re-engineer our core processes across Finance teams deploying different solutions according to the business need; from automation to more simple process redesigns. Our new colleague will work with the senior management team and key SMEs to problem solve together, as well as build strong working relationships across teams gaining support for new ways of working. An important aspect of the role will be to drive operational excellence by analysing, designing, and optimising business processes, and where necessary re-engineer processes leveraging our automation & innovation tooling expertise.
