Job summary

The Lubrizol Corporation is seeking a Process Technology Specialist based in Manchester, United Kingdom. This role involves leading process development activities and providing technical support for scaling up chemical processes from the lab to full-scale manufacture.

Process Technology Specialist

Travel: Occasional travel might be required.

Job Type: Full‑time, on‑site.

The Blackley Process Technology (PT) team works in close collaboration with Chemical Design & Synthesis and Applications groups and is responsible for developing robust, safe, and scalable chemical processes. These processes enable the transition of new products from invention through to full‑scale manufacture and provide ongoing technical expertise to support and optimise manufacturing operations.

  • Provide technical support in scaling up processes from laboratory to full‑scale manufacture.
  • Partner with manufacturing teams to resolve processing challenges.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement and process technology strategy.
Required Qualifications
