Process Technician Senior Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Process refined extract and intermediates following documented manufacturing processes in compliance with H&S and cGMP standards.
• Ensure all activities comply with SOPs and work practices; author and update batch documentation and SOPs.
• Complete quality documentation such as Deviations, CAPAs, Protocols, and Change Controls.
• Work flexible hours to ensure production processes are completed, including overrun scenarios.
• Collaborate across Production Departments, including BDP Areas, upon training.
• Train and coach new or re-trained staff in manufacturing processes.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Report atypical events or deviations immediately to management.
• Perform additional tasks to meet departmental goals.
• Potentially serve as BDS Department H&S representative and manage consumable and Critical to Quality ordering.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Experience in a regulated production environment, preferably in pharmaceutical, chemical, or food industries.
• Good numeracy skills.
