Job Title: Process Technician – Mechanic

Location:

Faversham, Kent - you will also need to be willing to travel across multiple sites and have a current full driving licence.

Contract Type:

Permanent

Hours:

38 hours

Salary:

Base pay ranges from £36,954.02 to £44,344.09 per annum (offer amount depends on skills and experience)

Qualifications required:

Level 3 NVQ in mechanical work.

Applications without the required qualifications and certificates will not be considered.

Additional Information:

The role requires standby commitment, attracting additional payments and overtime, which may increase earnings to up to £10,000 annually in addition to base pay.

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain and repair waste water treatment works, sludge treatment centres, and pumping stations to ensure compliance with environmental, quality, and customer service standards, while adhering to health and safety legislation and budget targets.

Utilize mechanical knowledge to ensure site operation, reduce pollution, and maintain site operability for customer benefit. Opportunities exist to innovate and improve existing processes.
