Job summary

Röchling Automotive is seeking an experienced Process Technician to support our injection molding operations. You will monitor cycle times, machine efficiency, and process performance to drive production stability.

The role includes mold change startups, documentation, and mentoring of apprentices, with relocation assistance available and eligibility for a performance-based sign-on bonus paid at 3 and 6 months.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of process technician experience in injection molding.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to read process documentation and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cycle times, machine efficiency, and process performance.
• Complete mold change startups, process documentation, and first-piece approvals.
• Maintain and update process parameter sheets.
• Assist with mold and material changes alongside the technical team.
• Troubleshoot molding, robot, and EOAT issues to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Document downtime and production issues using appropriate reporting systems.
• Maintain cleanliness of machines, molds, and assigned work areas.
• Support training and mentoring of technical team members and apprentices.
• Work closely with Production, Maintenance, Tooling, and Engineering teams to drive operational excellence.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

General Description:

• Knowledge of robotics and End-of-Arm Tooling (EOAT).

• Continuous improvement mindset and strong attention to detail.
