Overview

About the Role: We are looking for a Process Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing team. You will play an important role in day-to-day plant operations, helping to maintain efficient, safe, and high-quality production. This is a hands-on position working with process equipment and control systems such as SCADA, DCS, and QCS platforms.

Hours of Work: Initial work will be during daytime hours (Monday-Friday). Flexibility to transition to shift-based work, including nights and weekends, is desirable.

Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor manufacturing and process equipment.
  • Assist in adjusting plant performance using control systems and process monitoring tools.
  • Support planned and reactive maintenance, inspections, and calibrations.
  • Accurately record production and maintenance data.
  • Assist engineering teams with troubleshooting, plant modifications, and commissioning.
  • Handle materials, consumables, and waste safely and efficiently.
  • Take part in safety assessments, hazard reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in a manufacturing, process, or industrial environment.
  • Awareness of plant safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with process equipment and control systems.
  • Willingness to follow safe systems of work (permits, isolations, lockout/tagout).
  • Flexibility to work on different shifts as needed.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to a team-focused environment.
Desirable
  • Qualifications or experience in Electrical, Instrumentation/Controls, Mechanical, or Process Engineering.
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience with hazardous, high-pressure, or flammable materials.
