Job summary

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions in Wolverhampton is seeking a Process Support Partner to plan logistics projects from start to finish, optimise processes and analyse MTM data to drive cost savings and efficiency. You will present analytical findings to management and support daily operations.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, time and motion calculation expertise, and the ability to work independently and under pressure while maintaining clear communication and numerical accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Plan all logistics projects from start to finish and optimise current processes.
• Analyse root causes and develop robust solutions communicated to stakeholders.
• Create robust layouts on the shopfloor and in AutoCAD.
• Propose contractual cost‑savings ideas and implement them.
• Support change management processes and go-lives across shifts.
• Handle data and process planning; analyse steps to eliminate waste.
• Collaborate with internal departments on projects led internally.
• Utilise Project Management tools to track progress.

Job Title: Process Support Partner

Location: Wolverhampton, WV9 5GA

Salary: Up to £46,000 plus benefits

Employment Type: Permanent

The Role

To be responsible for planning all logistics projects and/or day to day projects from start to finish. Improving and optimising current processes including process times within operational day to day tasks (MTM data), cost savings and logistical resources associated with each project/process. Will also be responsible for any analytical work requested by the management and presenting it in precise and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify weaknesses within the Operation: Including Process, Layout etc
• Analyse root cause for weaknesses & failure, Develop robust solutions & communicate to stakeholders
• Provide robust solutions for the Customer and Operations
• Creating robust layouts (physically on the shopfloor and AutoCad)
• Provide contractual cost savings ideas and implementation
• Implement any changes following the Change management process
• Data and process planning
• Analyse process steps and provide solutions of any waste within processes on the shop floor
• Work with internal departments on projects led internally
• Support projects go-live with flexibility to work across different shift patterns
• Project Management Tools understanding and application

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

Essential:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and Power point
• Proficient in Time and Motion Calculations
• Ability to work independently to gather information, identify missing or inaccurate data/process
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with ability to prioritise workload
• Ability to identify waste in the process and way to improve the process
• Excellent communication skills
• Good Numerical skills

Desirable/Advantageous:

• MTM Base & SOL certificate and experience beneficial
• Previous expose to working with data and numbers
• To be analytical with the data given
• To be able to work independently, be proactive and persistent
• Have good work ethics, be organised and hard working
