Eastman in Newport, South Wales is seeking a proactive Process Staff member to operate production units and support manufacturing targets. You will work in a chemical production environment, following high safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate is flexible, safety conscious and eager to learn; you’ll participate in site-wide safety initiatives, follow procedures and collaborate as part of a team, with full training provided.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in a chemical or similar production environment and be used to operating to high standards of safety and quality.
• Flexible and safety conscious; willing to be trained and able to work as an integral member of a team.

Responsabilités

• Operate production units to support business targets.
• Run and control the manufacturing process using state-of-the-art control systems; full training will be given.
• Follow established safety procedures and monitor the process for deviations.
• Troubleshoot and maintain high housekeeping standards.
• Engage in site-wide safety initiatives and adhere to the organisational code of conduct.

The Role

• Operating production units to support business targets
• Running and controlling the manufacturing process using state of the art control systems., Experience would be an advantage `but full training will be given
• Following established safety procedures
• Monitoring the process at all times for deviations
• Troubleshooting
• Housekeeping to a high standard
• Following organisational code of conduct for business and ethics
• Engaging and participating in site-wide safety initiatives.
