About the Role

A neurodiverse artist in receipt of an Access to Work award is seeking a highly organised Process Specialist to support the streamlining and optimisation of their creative and administrative workflows. The ideal candidate will work closely with the artist to implement practical systems that enhance both their practice and overall wellbeing.

This role places particular emphasis on optimising the use of productivity tools such as Toggl, Asana, Gmail, and Google Calendar—all of which the artist is already using with a fair level of familiarity.

This is a freelance/contract opportunity, best suited to someone with a strong grasp of productivity platforms, excellent communication skills, and a neurodivergent-friendly approach to collaboration and support.

This is not a carer or admin role- they are looking for a candidate with executive-level systems skills, ideally with experience in creative or neurodivergent environments.

Key Responsibilities

•Co-design and implement accessible, sustainable workflows using:

o Toggl (time tracking)

o Google Gmail and Calendar (communications and scheduling)

•Help build and document systems that support time management, task prioritisation, and long-term project planning.

•Ensure tools and systems are optimised for intuitive and stress-reducing use.

•Assist in reviewing and refining existing processes to reduce cognitive load and increase creative capacity.

•Offer guidance or light training where needed to increase my confidence and independence with the systems.

•Liaise where necessary with Access to Work support contacts.

______________________________________

Ideal Skills & Experience

•Demonstrated experience working with Toggl, Asana, Gmail, and Google Calendar (integration experience preferred).

•Strong organisational and systems-thinking skills.

•Familiarity with access and inclusion principles—especially in neurodiverse or creative environments.

•A supportive and adaptable communication style.

•Experience working with or understanding the UK DWP and the Access to Work Scheme is highly desirable.

•Confidence in documenting processes and creating accessible guidance.

Additional Info

•This role is funded through an Access to Work grant. Invoicing and payment will need to align with their requirements.

•The intensity of the work will vary—some weeks may be light, others more hands-on.

•You’ll be joining me at a crucial point of growth in this artist's practice, helping put essential systems in place that will have a long-lasting impact.
