A leading company is seeking a Process Risk and Controls Manager to support ESG compliance over a 12-month project. The role involves documenting processes, identifying risks, and ensuring standardization across business units in a hybrid work environment.

Location: Welwyn Garden City/Hybrid
Duration: 12 months initially

The role:
This is a project-based role supporting our readiness for new regulation. There will be two core components: working on mapping the end-to-end processes for multiple ESG KPIs and data points. The role will have exposure to many different ESG and Finance areas, such as: Environment, Sustainability, People and Communities teams, Investor Relations, Group Communications, Treasury, and Finance Controls.
