You will collaborate with colleagues across Technology, Operations, and other Financial Services sectors to deliver industry-leading solutions to top banks and capital markets organizations worldwide.

As a Capital Markets Process Reinvention Manager (Career Level 7), your responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with Accenture and client teams to analyze current processes and identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and standardization
  • Using modern tools such as Work Orchestration, Process Mining, and Agentic Architecture to improve workforce productivity
  • Conducting ‘time in motion’ studies to evaluate operational efficiency
  • Shaping, structuring, designing, and delivering complex consulting projects within regulated and challenging environments
  • Building strong client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor, demonstrating impactful results
  • Leading teams and supporting the development of the Capital Markets practice through mentorship and initiatives
  • Identifying and developing sales opportunities aligned with client needs, creating value-driven propositions
  • Championing change initiatives that add value to the business

Required skills & experience:

  • At least 5 years of consulting or process optimization experience in Financial Services, either in a recognized consulting firm or in-house role (e.g., Strategy, Corporate Development)
  • Experience with process modeling using BPM methodologies and process mining tools
  • Proven ability to lead complex engagements and influence diverse stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of the Capital Markets industry, including post-trade processes and technology trends
  • Knowledge of industry key trends and how technology can solve business challenges
  • Proven leadership skills and team development experience
  • Experience with project and program delivery, understanding project lifecycles
  • Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills, comfortable in ambiguous environments
