We partner with top-tier financial institutions to deliver expert consulting and transformation services. Our collaborative approach places experienced professionals in high-impact roles, helping our clients to navigate complex challenges and realize strategic outcomes.

We are currently partnered with a Wealth Management/Financial Advisory firm, acting as their consulting partner for their Business Change and Transformation projects, supporting them across 7 key business areas. We are now looking to hire a Project Manager to oversee their process re-engineering efforts, among other responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead end-to-end process re-engineering initiatives using proven methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, BPM), ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• AI Integration: Identify opportunities to apply AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation (e.g., NLP, RPA, predictive analytics) to improve or transform business processes.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, IT, data science teams, and external vendors to define project scope, gather requirements, and deliver impactful solutions.
• Process Mapping & Analysis: Conduct current state assessments, gap analyses, and design future state processes; develop process models, KPIs, and documentation.
• Change Management: Drive organizational alignment and user adoption through effective communication, training, and change management strategies.
• Continuous Improvement: Establish a framework for ongoing evaluation, measurement, and optimization of AI-driven processes post-implementation.
