Lead the execution of capital projects according to scope, schedule, and budget.
Manage the team under your unit in executing projects, providing guidance and directives to ensure successful completion.
Leverage expertise in petrochemical projects and provide appropriate actions for the team to follow during all project phases.
Provide technical and project management oversight during the design, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, startup, and closeout of projects.
Ensure timely resolution of project issues across all phases of development.
Implement safety measures during project execution.
Apply company initiatives in projects and business processes within the division.
Be familiar with and achieve company Key Performance Indices (KPIs) for projects under the division.
Prepare and review monthly project performance reports detailing the status of design, procurement, construction, milestones, commitments, payments, charges, and variances.
Minimum Requirements
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a recognized and approved program; an advanced degree is preferred.
Obtain a PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification.
Have 5-10 years of experience in refinery projects.
