Shift Allowance & company benefitsKey Responsibilities:You will play a vital role in the manufacturing and packaging of pharmaceutical products, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance at every stage , whilst on shift you will receive a shift allowance & hand over payment . Tasks include:* Operating automated filling and packaging machinery* Conducting process testing and analysing data* Completing batch documentation and collecting samples* Maintaining GMP standards across all operations* Performing bulk and end-of-line packaging* Carrying out in-process quality checks* Relocating inspected or packed materials* Supporting clean-in-place (CIP) procedures and HSE complianceWhat you will need:* GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English* Strong team player with a proactive, customer-focused approach* Proven ability to meet performance targets in a fast-paced environment* Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement* Previous experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing is essentialTo apply, please submit an updated CV.
