To support and drive Kramp’s ongoing transformation—and to become a preferred employer across our markets—we are looking for an ambitious and experienced Process Optimization Specialist, Service Delivery.
The mission of this role is to support Kramp’s long-term business goals with the HR Service Delivery model and translate this into new HR global processes. You will serve as a link between our local HR teams across five European clusters and our global HR Business team.
Kramp Group’s HR organization is built around strategic HR Business Partnering and strong global Centers of Expertise, including HR Service Delivery. Service delivery details how HR services are delivered to the Kramp organization in terms of end-to-end processes. In this role, you will implement, review, and update HR processes, support stakeholders with clear guidelines and instructions, and train them on new ways of working. Our goal is to increase user experience, efficiency, and scalability of our processes and systems.
