The team is a mix of IT and Operations Specialists, responsible for maintaining all software systems, processes, and tools used across all departments, including for both office-based and site-based staff, and providing training to staff.

As an Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading a team of in-house specialists managing the day-to-day operations of the company, including their main industry-specific software systems (training on these systems will be fully provided).

Responsibilities will include:

  1. Leading and developing a high-performing team
  2. Creating operational efficiencies
  3. Data analysis
  4. Data and document management
  5. Project management

Above all, we are looking for somebody who is a "shaper" - a natural leader, passionate about driving a team forward, setting goals, and ensuring those goals are achieved through leadership, energy, and determination!

Requirements:

  1. Significant experience leading high-performing teams
  2. Prior experience supporting different technologies or software
  3. Advanced Excel skills for data analysis
  4. Strong project management skills with a desire to take ownership
  5. Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise
  6. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

Benefits:

  • Salary open to discussion based on experience
  • 23 days holiday + bank holidays + birthday off + opportunity to purchase more
  • Life assurance
  • Health-related benefits
  • Cycle2Work scheme
  • And much more!
